No. AI units only dispatch when the minimum player threshold for that service is not met. Real players always take priority. When a real worker is on duty, AI dispatch is suppressed for that service.

Yes. The pager alert system notifies on-duty players when an AI unit is dispatched. They can accept the call and respond manually.

The script enforces a 10-second minimum before a cancel refund is eligible. This prevents the free-service loop. The refund on cancel feature can also be disabled entirely in the admin panel.
